A. About Send Out Conferences

Send Out Conference is an annual mission conference that is organized by China For World Missions and Global Missions Vision (GMV), and together with many Co-organizing churches and mission organizations. The conference was first organized since 2010 in many cities of Mainland China to mobilize and to network churches, organizations and individuals for local missions and world missions.

Then Send Out Conference was organized in Hong Kong in 2015 for security purposes and for accommodating the larger number of the local participants and foreign delegates. Through out Send Out Conference, God opened the doors for Global Missions Vision to send out short-term missionaries, and mission trips to nations in Asia and Africa and beyond.

In 2018, Global Missions Vision organized the mission conference in English and Vietnamese at Seafood Restaurant in Westminster California in July and also the International Summer Fair at Westminster Mall in the same month of July, 2020. Then Global Expo 2019 (www.glocalexpo.org) was organized in September 2019 at Anaheim Convention Center, California.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, Global Expo, Global Charity and Mission FEST, Global Cultural Shows… are not allowed to be organized at venues, thus GMV organized some of the conferences online through zoom: Send Out Conference will be organized in July, 2020, Global Worship and Revival Conference will be in September, and Global Prayer and Prophetic Conference in November 2020.

More than 10,000 participants already attended many Send Out Conferences. Usually there are representatives and leaders of more than 20 countries across the continents to participate in the Send Out Conference and other global events organized by GMV and partners. Send Out Conference 2020 is expecting to have representatives and leaders from 40 to 50 nations to join the event.

There are about 50 speakers and 12 worship teams across the globe are participating in Send Out Conference 2020. GMV is looking forward to have more representatives and leaders from various nations to network with GMV to mobilize missions and to pray for the revival. GMV also looks for more ministry teams, churches, organizations and individuals to serve and partner with GMV

GMV is glad to partner with you and your organizations to organize these conferences in 2020 and the coming years. Praying that the global body of Christ would come together to carry out the Great Commission to the end of the world. You may partner with GMV in prayers, intercessory, leading praise and worship, sharing the vision, supporting financially and others.

A. Giới thiệu về Hội Nghị Sai Phái

Hội Nghị Sai Phái là một hội nghị truyền giáo được tổ chức hằng năm bởi tổ chức China For World Missions, và Khải Tượng Truyền Giáo Toàn Cầu (Global Missions Vision - GMV), cùng với nhiều hội thánh và tổ chức truyền giáo khác. Hội nghị được tổ chức lần đầu tiên vào năm 2010 tại nhiều thành phố ở Trung Quốc Đại Lục và kết nối các hội thánh, tổ chức, cá nhân cho sự truyền giáo trong và ngoài nước.

Để đảm bảo an ninh và thuận tiện cho nhiều người tham gia trong nước, cũng như đại biểu quốc tế; Hội Nghị Sai Phái được tổ chức tại Hồng Kông vào năm 2015. Thông qua Hội Nghị Sai Phái, Chúa mở ra những cánh cửa cho Khải Tượng Truyền Giáo Toàn Cầu để sai phái những nhà truyền giáo ra đi trong thời gian ngắn, những chuyến truyền giáo đến các quốc gia Châu Á, Châu Phi và nhiều hơn nữa.

Tháng 7/2018, Khải Tượng Truyền Giáo Toàn Cầu tổ chức hội nghị truyền giáo song ngữ (Anh - Việt) tại nhà hàng hải sản ở Westminster California; và Hội Chợ Quốc Tế Mùa Hè tại trung tâm mua sắm Westminster. Sau đó, triển lãm toàn cầu 2019 (www.glocalexpo.org) được tổ chức vào tháng 9/2019 tại trung tâm hội nghị Anaheim, California.

Vì sự ảnh hưởng của đại dịch Covid năm 2020, các chương trình như triển lãm toàn cầu, từ thiện toàn cầu và lễ hội truyền giáo, trình diễn văn hoá toàn cầu, v.vv. không được phép tổ chức, vì vậy GMV sẽ tổ chức một số hội nghị trực tuyến qua zoom: Hội Nghị Sai Phái (tháng 7/2020), Hội Nghị Phấn Hưng và NKTP toàn cầu (tháng 9/2020), Hội Nghị Tiên Tri và Cầu Nguyện toàn cầu (tháng 11/2020).

Hội Nghị Sai phái và những sự kiện toàn cầu khác được tổ chức bởi GMV và cộng sự thường có đại diện và lãnh đạo của hơn 20 quốc gia khắp các lục địa tham gia. GMV ước ao có thêm nhiều lãnh đạo và đại diện đến từ các quốc gia khác nhau tham gia, để phát động phong trào truyền giáo và cầu nguyện cho sự phấn hưng.

GMV vui mừng cộng tác với bạn và tổ chức của bạn để thực hiện những hội nghị trong năm 2020 và những năm tới nữa. Chúng tôi cầu nguyện để thân thể Đấng Christ toàn cầu sẽ hiệp lại với nhau đem Đại Mạng Lệnh đi ra đến tận cùng trái đất. - Gửi thông tin giới thiệu về nhóm của bạn.
- Chuẩn bị danh sách bài hát và trình chiếu PowerPoint (nếu có thể, vui lòng trình chiếu lời bài hát; hoặc gửi nội dung đến ban kỹ thuật để được hỗ trợ).
- Vui lòng tham dự đúng giờ.
- Chuẩn bị video ngắn (khoảng 1 phút) giới thiệu đội NKTP. - - Nếu bạn muốn giới thiệu album, xin gửi cho chúng tôi hình ảnh, nội dung album.
- Hướng dẫn NKTP trong 25 phút (tối đa là 30 phút).

Send Out Conference would like to invite singers, dual, choirs, dance team or drama team and artists to contribute your talents as part of worship, serving the Lord and blessings the Body of Christ around the globe.

3. For Speakers, M.C. and Prayer Warriors
Please enter the zoom meeting earlier for prayer and preparation
Please make sure that you have a good background when you do live stream
Please pay attention to the setting to give viewers comfortable view
Please make sure of the lighting so that viewers could see you clearly
Please be well prepared for the powerful preaching or presentations.

Please be familiar with how to Share your PowerPoint presentations or videos.
Please give ample time for interpreters to finish the sentences (Mandarin, or Korea or Vietnamese)
Please also invite your church members to join the conference.
Please send the outlines of your speech or preaching…
Please make sure you have strong Wi-Fi connection.

E. Tentative Conference Schedule:

Due to the many potential changes, the schedule will be filled up 2 weeks before the event though many speakers are mostly confirmed and to be shared to the general public then. The arrangement of some speakers in the chart is only for sample. Please bear with us for this because many things may change at the last minutes. But most speakers already know schedule early when the organizers contact them.

English and Mandarin Program is only on Saturday from 9am until 6pm California Time or Pacific Time. Vietnamese Program is on Friday from 5pm California Time or Pacific Time but Vietnamese Time is on Saturday at 7am-8pm.

Send Out Conference is able to organize the event around the clock for two days thanking to the different teams from both sides of the world to carry out the events. Thus, as part of the organizers, speakers, and teams, you don’t have to stay on-line all the time. We need you to do the best at the time slots that you are willing to be to be in-charge of or to serve during each session of 2 hours.

F. Some General Important Notes:

1. For teams and speakers that do the Live streaming from your side:
Check, Charge and Replace Batteries for Microphones if needed
Check, Charge and Replace Batteries for Camcorders or phones
Make sure that your equipment are not out of batteries during the event
Close The Door To Minimize Noise
Make Sure That NO ONE Walks In Front of The Camera or phones while recording
Have someone to Share and Respond To The Videos on Social Media
If possible please look for the professional people to come and do record and live stream for you to make sure of the quality

2. Technical Team
The event is going to be interpreted into different languages. Thus there should be enough platforms for each interpreter to interpret for the audiences. These language platforms include Burmese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Vietnamese. Please make early arrangements for various platforms and contact the interpreters to try out the system in advance.

Kindly guide speakers, mission reporters, worship teams on zoom issues
Arrange a short practice with worship teams to make sure the sound quality
Make the song lyrics available on the screen for every worship team
Encode the name of the speakers, scriptures, titles and pictures… on zoom screen
Make sure that you have enough equipment and manpower for the event.

Prepare videos of back-up worship songs, and event videos for urgent situations
When the speaker or team is not ready, just broadcast video events, or worship
Please make video intro of each speakers, and each worship team
Please
Make a back-up plan when technical issues happened.

3. Supporting Team
Please help call and invite friends to join the event.
Share the information of the event
Make sure that you would tag as many people as possible
Please pray and encourage more people to pray for the events
Search for talents to serve with GMV and the conference: please look for prayer team, houses of prayer, worship teams, singers and artists, technical teams, computer experts, interpreters, designers, website and video makers, donors…

Please invite more supporting team members into the group.

During the event, please assist the M.C and program coordinators to call speakers, worship teams to be ready on zoom at least 5 minutes before their time. This is extremely important so that the speakers and worship teams would not be late.

Please print out the program order so that you would know the order of the event and the persons who are to be on the program.

4. Masters of Ceremony and Facilitation
Make sure that speakers and worship leaders are already in the zoom room 5 minutes before you begin the program.

In case you could not find the speakers and worship teams, the supporting team is there to help you. You just send a text to the chat room
Or you may contact directly supporting leaders for help
Pay attention to the flow of the program and the leading of the Holy Spirit

Please fill the gap immediately when the speakers, worship team are not ready in case of technical issues or others.

You may fill the gap by inviting someone to pray, or show a short event video…
Please wear your business attires during the conference

Please take note that when the general coordinators like Rev. Dr. Paul Ai, Rev. Dr. Joshua Duong and some assigned personnel (to be informed) suddenly enter during the session or sessions that you are facilitating, this means there might be some issues, so please just act naturally and do not be surprised at that. In normal situation, the personnel would not interrupt you and your facilitation.

5. For Prayer Team and Intercessory Team:
Please arrange 24-hour prayer 1-2 week before the event
When prayer warriors are invited to pray, please pray specific issues
Please do not pray too long but strong and concise
Connect prayer networks and pray together
Search for houses of prayers to partner together.
Pray for every speakers, coordinators, team members…
Pray for nations of the world
Please share topics for intercessory.

6. For Interpretation Team:
Kindly help to translate information sent from English to Vietnamese if possible
You will be assigned to interpret for a speaker according to your time zone
The interpretation will be done into Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Vietnamese
There will be 4 different zoom platforms for each language to be interpreted.
Please remind the coordinators for the outline of the speaker you will interpreter.
Please familiarize with the Scriptures the speaker uses in the sermon
We need many interpreters from Vietnamese into English.
Kindly introduce more interpreters into the team so we may share the loads.

7. Media Team
Please update websites and social media: Facebook, YouTube, Viber…
Please edit more videos to be uploaded to websites and social media

Partner churches, organizations and event coordinators may use Send Out Conference as a platform to raise funds for your missions. Send Out Conference would invite event coordinators in regions of the world to share their mission works through Missions Reports so that you may challenge the participants for missions and invite the participants to partner with your ministries as God leads.

Is Agape International Seminary a Ministry of Global Missions Vision?

By God’s grace, Agape International Seminary began 2007 and more than 700 young workers and thousands of leaders were trained by Agape International Seminary.

GMV started Agape International Seminary in Vietnam since 2009 and there are more than 100 students already graduated including undergraduate and graduated students from this seminary. The seminary is still in operation today.

GMV is opening new batches for Church Planters so that they could be trained and to be sent out to reach out the lost and to plant churches. Church planters also establish a House of Prayer in their region to pray for the revival.

Mission Partnership and Financial Supports

Global Missions Vision and China For World Missions are also looking for mission partners and generous donors to stand with us and to accomplish Vision 20% in Gospel-restricted countries.

I was brought for a “tea time” when they caught me at a new church. The persecutions had been intense and widespread in the land. My co-workers and I also faced tough times with the local authorities due to the martyrdom of the two mission workers. The authorities were very serious when I met them from various departments such as national defense, terrorist defense, national security, policemen, and religious affairs.

I would share the stories of martyrdom when the time comes. The authorities told me that they had been warning me many times in many years to stop the mission works but I did not listen. This time they would deport me out of the country and they would not let my family to go out if I were not going to stop the mission works. This was not the first time they told me so and every time God gave me different words to respond to them.

I told them, “Do you prefer to monitor 1 person or do you want to monitor 100 person, or 1000 person or more?” They said, “Dr. (my name), what do you mean?” I said, “For years, you have been monitoring me. You can call me anytime you want, and you may come to my home any time you need, and whenever you arrange a meeting, I always follow your request. You know where I go and what I do.”

“If I am still here, you can still monitor on me but if I am not here anymore I will be travelling and challenging churches to support 1000 mission workers, 10,000 mission workers, then you would not just monitor on 1 person like me but many people. I think you would prefer to monitor on one person instead of many people. I was even surprised at what I said. They stared at me angrily and I just kept smiling and praying.

They did not say directly anything about their choice to monitor one or more person. They just told me the story of a businessman who owned a factory with a few hundred workers. That businessman also planted churches and they met him and warned him many times to stop the church services. Whenever they found the church meeting and closed his church, he opened the church in a new place as my coworkers and I often did.

So they arrested him and as the result his factory was closed and he lost his business. And that was their indirect answer of what they planned to do to my ministry and me. I also had about 200 full-time co-workers including staffs, teachers, trainers, church planters and many volunteers to do church planting, mission mobilizations, various trainings, charities, evangelistic trips, mission and leadership conferences, crusades…

The authorities knew well that I planned to reach up to 300, then 600 and 1000 full-time co-workers and the goal is 10,000 to carry out the Vision 20% and that there would be 20% of the population to come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. They knew that if they did not take quick actions, my ministry and the mission networks would be able to accomplish the goal and the vision in due time.

So they wanted to close down the operations and they had been working too hard to stop the ministries and they are still doing so, yet the works of men can never prevail the church and the works of God. Though there are many up and down moments in our ministries and lives but God has always been faithful to provide needs and protections and to expand His Kingdom.

I pray that Vision 20% would bring about the great move and the great awakening of God for this generation and that your churches, organizations, individuals and you would partner with GMV for the Unity, Missions and Revival of the Global Body of Christ. It was not my plan to be here in California, yet God has His plan and purpose to send a powerful revival here in California and this nation for His glory.

I am called to prepare for that coming great and powerful and the last outpouring of the Holy Spirit from this nation to the nations. Please pray and partner with my ministry and I so we can together accomplish the great things that God has in stores for us here and praying that I will be faithful to commit my life to the realization of Vision 20%. Thank God for the healing, unity and revival for the many places I went.

Now is the time for the Body of Christ to come together in prayer and repentance. Now is the great time for the Body of Christ to come together in unity and missions. Now is the high time for the Body of Christ to come together in boldness and in the empowerments of the Holy Spirit. Now is the significant time for the Body of Christ to come together in preaching and demonstration of His supernatural power.

Now is the historic time for the Body of Christ to come together in the great harvest of soul and the revival of the nations. It is not about our tasks, our talents or our territories but it is all about His Kingdom. It is not about our deeds, our dreams, or our denominations, but it is all about His Power. It is not about our plans, our purposes, our passions, or our projects but it is all about His Call

A couple was put into prison because they were very brave to talk about God and because they were not willing to deny their faith in God. The man was behind the bar in man prison and his wife was placed in incarceration in a female prison. The two prisons were just steps away from each other. Every morning the wife and her husband could see each other from short distance as they went to work in the fields.

Every morning, the wife would shout and calling her husband, “Old man, are you ready to go to heaven?” The husband was also quick in his response, “Old woman, have you prepared well to go to heaven?” Whether it was raining or shining day, they would repeat the same question and the same answer, “Yes, I am ready.” The jailors stopped them from doing so and the authorities beat them for doing so.

Yet, they never gave up. Many times the prison guards threatened to shoot them dead with their guns at hands. Yet the couple never showed even little fear of death. They told the prison guards, “I cannot commit suicide because that is a sin, please execute me so that I can become a martyr and I could go to heaven soon. I am not of this world. Please send me to heaven.” The prison guards gave up and saluted them.

The courage of this faithful couple and their faith in God and thousands of stories like that had been a great encouragement to many other Christians to stand firm in faith and to overcome their tough persecutions. It was with this determination, passion and desire to live for God that the Gospel is preached everywhere in the socialist nations, millions of souls are saved, and the Kingdom of God expanded.

I pray that their stories, their courage and their sacrifices would encourage you and I and churches to confirm our identity and our missions in Christ again and that we would be more active to live out our faith and our callings regardless of the pains, challenges, failures, circumstances and obstacles or even deaths. Let us ask God together for His healings, deliverances, restorations, strengths, and anointing.

As the Apostle Paul said, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35-39)

The vision is clear and yet our experiences and networks are still at the beginning stage.
